I love my essential oils. I especially love using them to get energized! When I need more than just my morning cup of coffee I turn to my oils. There are many oils that will uplift you. I’d like to share with you my favorites and how to use them!
#1 Peppermint Essential Oil and Peppermint Vitality Essential Oil
I love using peppermint to give me that extra boost of positivity! You can apply it to your head and neck before, during, or after a workout. You can use this any time you feel like you need it! Diffuse this oil to enjoy the fresh, uplifting scent. Experiment by combining it with your other favorite single oils. Peppermint Vitality can be added to your water for some extra digestive support which can help with energy. When the belly is bloated, energy is hard to come by. #2 En-R-Gee Essential Oil Blend
As it’s name would suggest, En-R-Gee is energizing! This oil can be used topically on the pulse points such as the wrist, behind the ears, temples or any area you desire. Another great method is to diffuse or simply place a drop in your hands, cup over your face, and inhale. This is a must have oil!
#3 Orange Essential Oil and Orange Vitality Essential Oil
This oil can help you feel more productive and focused. They can also promote positive feelings. This oil is great diffused. If you want to give an extra kick to your peppermint add some orange to the diffuser for an extra eye opening experience! Orange is one of my favorites! I love to use the Vitality in my ice water. Now that I think about it, I need to order some more! My bottle is getting low! Experience the wonderful benefits yourself and order your own! #4 Rosemary Essential Oil and Rosemary Vitality Essential Oil
Rosemary is extremely beneficial when you have low energy. It is stimulating to the mind and can help you focus and store information. This is especially helpful if you are trying to study or learn something new after a long day. This blends well with peppermint. Rosemary Vitality is excellent to add to your food in place of dried herbs. Use a toothpick to add the oil to a meal as essential oils are very potent.
#5 Lemon Essential Oil and Lemon Vitality Essential Oil
Lemon falls into the citrus category. I love to diffuse it along with peppermint and lavender. If you need an extra stimulate mid day add a drop of Lemon Vitality to your unsweet tea, hot tea, or ice water. It tastes great and give you an extra boost. If you are finding it hard to concentrate after lunch time start packing this little baby in your lunch bag. It also taste great to add to salad dressings. This is an oil I carry with me daily.
