Have you ever heard the word Oola? Oola is that state of awesomeness when your life is balanced and growing in the seven key areas of life. The seven key areas (Seven F’s) of Oola are Fitness, Finance, Family, Field, Faith, Friends, and Fun.   It can be as complex as a life growing and balanced in the 7 F’s of Oola, or as simple as a sunset, a quiet book on the beach, or a special moment with a child. This is the place that everyone truly wants to be in life. Learn to celebrate the little successes in your life. This is the Oola way! I want to share with you How to Live an Oola life!

What is holding you back from living your Oola life? If you want to move forward in perusing an Oola life then you must identify your blockers . There are seven common Oola blockers: Fear, Envy, Guilt, Anger, Self Sabotage, Laziness, Lack of Focus.  Your Oola blockers may be different but these are the most common. If you truly want to grow with balance it is imperative that you identify your Oola blockers and face them.

Now, lets identify your Oola accelerators. These are things that propel you forward to help you reach your Oola goals. There are seven common Oola accelerators: Gratitude, Love, Discipline, Integrity, Passion, Humility, and Wisdom. Your accelerators may be different but these are the most common. If you want to be successful in persuing an Oola balanced life, you must identify your Oola accelerators.

So now that you have identified your Oola blockers and accelerators lets put it to work.

There are three steps to living an Oola life.

Step 1. Where are you in your life?   Do you excel in your field but lack in your family? How are your finances? How is your Faith? Are you keeping yourself healthy? Use the Oola wheel to identify which areas of your life need balance.

Step 2. Where do you want to be? Do you want to be healthier? Do you want to exercise more? Do you need more money? Use the Oola Plan to write down your goals in the seven areas of Oola.

Step 3. How are you going to get there? Build a plan! Use the Oola path to make a plan to achieve your goals.
